Data corrections

See a Trust Grade that looks wrong, a complaint count attributed to the wrong institution, or outdated financials? Email us the institution name and what looks off. Because we match CFPB complaints to institutions by name, occasional mismatches happen and we genuinely appreciate the help correcting them.

For consumers with a complaint

We index complaint data — we don’t handle individual disputes. If you have a problem with a bank or credit union, file directly with the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
